We get a lot of questions about what tools and systems we use here day-to-day to stay organized and streamline all of our processes. So we've put together a list of our favourites! These have all helped us tremendously in keeping this business in check.



Adobe Creative Cloud:

We use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign every single day to do design work. We highly recommend entrepreneurs look into a subscription to these three main programs so that you can have a designer create templates and manage your own graphics!

This is absolutely our favourite online printer and we use them religiously. The quality of the prints and the service is amazing. They offer pre-made designs or the ability to upload your own! If you use the link here, you'll get a nice discount as well.

We've used Siteground for our own hosting and have never had an issue. We've always been able to get amazing service via their online chat and highly recommend them to all of my clients. They're reliable and affordable for your website hosting needs.

We started using Blurb to print off our client's final brand style guides. If you've read through our process, you know that we print and ship style guides right to our client's front door. Nothing feels better than seeing your hard work in a beautiful, hard cover book.

Shopify is the main platform we use for clients when it comes to online stores or more complex e-commerce websites. It's flexible, streamlined, and we work with a handful of developers to implement custom designs onto the pages!

Creative Market:

If you're looking for WP themes, graphics, stock photos, pre-made designs or fonts, Creative Market is the place to start. There are tons of great designs available. Perfect if you want beautiful designs without hiring a designer right off the bat.

Active Campaign:

This is the email service provider that we have been using since the start! We love it's simplicity and it allows us to build out automated email sequences easily. You also have the ability to tag your contacts based on behaviour or other info. It's awesome - really.

Elegant Themes:

We have used the Divi theme many times for clients building websites on Wordpress, or people on a budget. It has an easy-to-use drag-and-drop system that allows us to customize every piece of the site. Definitely a go-to theme!

For all of our online workshops and courses, we use Thinkific. We recently switched from Teachable, which is also a great option, but Thinkific gives instant access to funds and take a little less of a transaction fee for those just starting out and don't want to commit to a monthly plan!

G Suite (Google):

With a G Suite plan, you can hook up your own domain name and get access to trusty Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive space and more!

Chefs Plate:

As entrepreneurs, life can get busy. We know it. And sometimes, outsourcing doesn’t have to only apply to business. We’ve been using Chefs Plate for over a year and LOVE the fact that we don’t have to worry about what to cook for dinner or heading to the grocery store!
